About Help Texas Vote

Help Texas Vote is a nonpartisan election protection program run by Common Cause Texas with partners across the state. Volunteer poll monitors visit polling locations during early voting and on Election Day to make sure every eligible voter can cast a ballot without problems.

Poll monitors observe, answer basic questions, and report issues to the Election Protection command center, which connects voters with legal help through the 866-OUR-VOTE hotline.
